NOVIGO is a 2-day event workshop

The participants lead an existing company in different management teams of 4-10 people. The company is facing the challenge of digital transformation and fundamental market changes in its business segments.

The teams are challenged to develop innovative products and services by using both, classic and state-of-the-art methods, to successfully lead the company through this process of change.

Phase 1: Keynote

Exciting and inspiring overview of the central components of innovation management

Phase 2: Circuit training

Speed dating- style with the essential methods

Phase 3: The simulation

Applying knowledge and the “ know-how” methods to a lifelike company (80% of the workshop)

Phase 4: The Evaluation
